An occlussion, or bite, can be simply defined as the contact between teeth. There are several types of bites that can be seen below:
-DEEP BITE
-OPEN BITE
-OVERJET
-CROSS BITE
-CROWDING
-SPACING

Having a malosccusion, or "bad bite" can lead to health problems in the long run. Malocclusions can place unecessary stress on various teeth, complicate oral hygiene, and cause future periodontal issues which can ultimately lead to tooth loss.

If any of these bites seem famililar to you and your bite, feel free to schedule a consulation with our office so we can help you achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
